The Genesis of the K.V.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Bairagarh was set up in the Army Barracks of 3 EME Centre in the year 1975 to cater to the educational needs of the transferable Central Government employees including Defence & Para-Military personnel’s. On 6th May 1988 the Vidyalaya shifted into the new building which was inaugurated by Dr. R. C. Sharma, the then Commissioner.

Important Mile Stone of Growth

Since its inception in the year 1975 Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bairagarh has traversed a long way to become a major institution in inculcating values, discipline, and academic excellence and in developing leadership qualities in the students' through its wide range of activities.

Many eminent people have contributed to its growth and development. K.V. Bairagarh is marching ahead in the new millennium. Our vision is to build a strong nation imparting quality education of global standards with special emphasis on overall development of personality and better citizenship. We provide value-based education through competent teaching staff following the NCERT syllabus and affiliated to C.B.S.E. Board New Delhi. Our aim is to inculcate moral, cultural and aesthetic values in our children.

K. V. Bairagarh is in the forefront of achievement of the aims and objectives of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.
